Assigning VeriChannel BackOffice Permission on Dynamics CRM 365

Users that needs an access to Barclaycard VeriChannel back office log reports should have a specific permission on Dynamics CRM 365 to be able to login to back office portal. 

Steps for assigning permissions are as following:

1 -) Office 356 admin should assign a valid Dynamics 365 user license to the user . After assigning a license, user will automatically appear on CRM active users.

2 -) Dynamics CRM 365 admin user should login to CRM URL and assign Barclaycard_Veripark_LSS_Role to the user, steps are as following:

      a -) Login to CRM  URL with sysadmin credentials.
      b -) Navigate to Settings/Security/Users and find the subject user and click on the user.
      c -) On the ribbon (top right  corner) click on Manage Roles. 
      d -) Find Barclaycard_Veripark_LSS_Role, select the checkbox and click ok.
      e -) Click Save & Close from upper left corner on the ribbon.

3 -) Now user can access the VeriChannel back office url using his Office 365 credentials
